3. Guarantee Verification and Financial Records

The 4SomeFun 36-Month Guarantee may require an independent CPA to review financial records, including your two most recently filed federal income tax returns and other business records described in the 36-Month Guarantee.

Those records should be provided through the process designated for the independent CPA review rather than submitted casually through ordinary website forms or email.

The CPA may process tax returns, bank statements, accounting records, payroll or contractor records, business formation documents, and other financial information reasonably necessary to perform the Guarantee review.

4SomeFun may receive the CPA's certification or other information reasonably necessary to administer the Guarantee. Unless necessary for administration, legal compliance, fraud review, or specifically authorized by you, our intent is not to retain copies of your complete tax returns when the independent CPA can perform the verification directly.
