An independent CPA reviews the numbers, and 4SomeFun pays the cost of the standard CPA review arranged under this Guarantee.

The CPA reviews the six-month period immediately preceding the end of your 36-month membership period, together with historical tax and financial information necessary to verify the existence, continuity, and actual financial performance of your business activities.

What you provide to the CPA

You must cooperate with the CPA and provide complete and accurate records reasonably requested for the review. This includes your two most recently filed federal income tax returns, including relevant schedules and business-related attachments.

The prior tax returns give the CPA historical context and help confirm that the review reflects genuine business activity rather than a new or substituted business created shortly before Month 36 solely to show little or no income.

What if the business is newer than two years?

That's okay. You still provide your two most recently filed federal income tax returns. If the qualifying business did not exist during one or both tax years, disclose that fact. The CPA can use formation records, banking records, accounting records, and other documentation to establish when the business began and its legitimate financial history.

A legitimate new business, business pivot, entity reorganization, failed business, or change in business model does not automatically disqualify you.

What does "$3,000 net income" actually mean?

We do not mean $3,000 in sales. We do not mean $3,000 in gross revenue. The objective is real economic income remaining after the normal costs of operating the business.

For purposes of this Guarantee, Guarantee Net Income means income attributable to the qualifying member from qualifying business activities after ordinary and necessary operating expenses, subject to the standardized calculation methodology used by the independent CPA.

The calculation may require consistent treatment of owner compensation, draws, distributions, personal expenses paid by the business, non-cash expenses, extraordinary expenses, capital expenditures, debt transactions, and taxes. The CPA applies the established methodology and certifies your average monthly Guarantee Net Income for the applicable six-month review period.

4SomeFun does not guarantee that you will make money. Starting and operating a business involves risk. You can lose money.

Your results may be affected by your market, competition, pricing, customer demand, sales ability, marketing, hiring decisions, management, economic conditions, taxes, regulation, capital, work ethic, consistency, judgment, ability to learn and adapt, and circumstances neither you nor 4SomeFun controls.

Our roadmap emphasizes lean implementation, validating demand, controlling expenses, and reinvesting business-generated revenue whenever practical. If you choose to invest additional personal funds into advertising, equipment, software, employees, inventory, or other growth initiatives, those decisions may accelerate growth — and they may also increase your losses.

What happens if you don't reach $3,000/month?

You satisfy the financial requirements for the hosted experience if you:

1. Complete all 36 required monthly membership payments;
2. Provide the required tax returns and financial records;
3. Cooperate truthfully with the independent CPA review; and
4. Receive CPA verification showing average Guarantee Net Income below $3,000 per month for the applicable six-month review period.

The 30-Day Hosted Philippines Lifestyle Experience

The experience has a stated retail value of $7,000 and is designed to deliver the lifestyle component of the program directly.

Dating and social coaching is exclusively for lawful interactions between consenting adults and emphasizes honesty, communication, boundaries, safety, and mutual consent.

The experience is not a $7,000 cash refund

The $7,000 figure is the stated retail value of the hosted experience. Qualification provides the experience, not a $7,000 cash payment. The experience cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, transferred, or assigned unless 4SomeFun expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Travel and covered expenses

The exact expenses included with the hosted experience will be identified in the applicable trip schedule and redemption materials. Only expenses expressly identified as included are covered.

Unless expressly identified as included, do not assume coverage of passport or visa costs, travel insurance, medical expenses, prescriptions, personal shopping, alcohol, personal entertainment, dating expenses, gifts, guest expenses, upgrades, baggage charges, member-caused itinerary changes, or expenses incurred outside the covered experience.

Scheduling and travel requirements

The experience must be scheduled through 4SomeFun and is subject to reasonable availability, accommodation capacity, coaching availability, local conditions, and scheduled program dates. Qualification does not guarantee any arbitrary 30-day period selected by the member.

You remain responsible for possessing a valid passport, being legally permitted to enter the Philippines, providing accurate traveler information, and satisfying applicable immigration, customs, airline, hotel, and governmental requirements.

If an experience must be changed because of severe weather, natural disaster, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, transportation disruption, public-health emergency, or another circumstance outside 4SomeFun's reasonable control, the experience may be rescheduled rather than forfeited.

Legitimate failure is not fraud.

Poor business results, unsuccessful advertising, a failed business, a pivot, low activity, closing an unsuccessful operation, or making decisions that turn out badly do not by themselves disqualify you.

But knowingly hiding income, fabricating expenses, falsifying records, diverting receipts, creating sham transactions, substituting an artificial business, or deliberately manipulating financial activity for the purpose of qualifying for the Guarantee may invalidate a claim.

The CPA's role is to determine the genuine economic result based on the evidence — not to judge whether you ran the business the way we would have.

No perfect-performance loophole.

Because promising that every member will make $3,000 per month would not be honest. We don't control your customers, competitors, market, economy, or decisions.
